Wide Cover: Provides broad cover for both in-patient hospitalisation and outpatient expenses 

Modern Treatment: Expenses are covered either as in-patient hospitalisation or day care procedures 

Outpatient benefit: Outpatient expenses incurred at any Networked Facility are covered

 SECTION I – In-Patient Hospitalization
 

In-patient Hospitalisation

Hospitalisation expenses incurred for a period of more than 24 hours on account of  illness, injury or accidents are covered.

Pre-Hospitalisation

In addition to in-patient hospitalisation, the medical expenses incurred up to 30 days before the date of admission to the hospital are also covered.

Post-Hospitalisation

Post-hospitalisation medical expenses up to 60 days from the date of discharge from the hospital are covered.

Room Rent

Room, boarding and nursing expenses incurred during in-patient hospitalisation are covered up to 1% of the basic Sum Insured per day.

Road Ambulance

Ambulance charges are covered up to Rs. 750/- per hospitalisation and Rs. 1500/- per policy period for transportation of the insured person to the hospital by private ambulance service.

Day Care Procedures

Medical treatments and surgical procedures that require less than 24 hours of hospitalisation due to technological advancements are covered.

Modern Treatment

Expenses incurred for modern treatments such as Oral Chemotherapy, Intra Vitreal injections, Robotic Surgeries, etc. are covered up to the limits mentioned in the policy clause.

AYUSH Treatment

Medical expenses for Inpatient Hospitalization incurred on treatment under Ayurveda, Unani, Sidha and Homeopathy systems of medicines in a AYUSH Hospital is payable up to the sum insured.

Cataract Treatment

Expenses incurred for Cataract treatment are covered up to the limits mentioned in the policy clause.

Co-payment

This policy is subjected to a Co-payment of 20% of each and every admissible claim amount, for fresh as well as for the policies subsequently renewed for insured persons whose age at the time of entry into this policy is 61 years and above.

SECTION II – Outpatient Benefit

 

Outpatient Benefit

Necessary outpatient expenses incurred at any Networked Facility in India are covered up to the benefit limits in aggregate as stated in the policy schedule.

Carry Forward Benefits

Unutilised benefits in a policy year can be carried forward to the immediately succeeding renewal year. No further carry-over is permitted.
